1. Overview
We want you to love what you ordered from House of Fola & Lora.If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help. You have 25days from the date of delivery to return your item.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for legal or hygienic reasons:
- Digital Downloads: (e.g., eBooks, software, courses).
- Perishable Goods: (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personal Care: (e.g., opened cosmetics, earrings).
- Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email us at cancellations@wholisticgogo.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
5. Shipping Your Return
- Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Tracking: If you are shipping an item over R200, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7business days.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at enquiries@wholisticgogo.co.za with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
