Choosing to join A Sacred Mountain Retreat is a commitment to yourself and to the collective energy of the group. Because we curate this space with deep intention and have fixed costs for the venue and nourishment, we have established the following policy:
1. The Deposit
To secure your space in the mountain container, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit covers administrative costs and secures our commitment to the venue.
2. Cancellation Timeline
If you find that you are unable to attend, the following refund schedule applies:
- 60+ Days Before Start Date: You will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 30–60 Days Before Start Date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.
- Less than 30 Days Before Start Date: No refunds will be issued. At this stage, all resources have been allocated to your presence, and it is difficult to fill a spot on short notice.
3. Transferring Your Spot
We understand that life is unpredictable. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or loved one at no extra cost, provided they meet the retreat’s requirements. Please notify us at least 7 days before the start date to finalise the name change.
4. Retreat Cancellation by the Host
In the unlikely event that The Wholistic Gogo must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or “Acts of God,” you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made. Please note that we are not responsible for any travel expenses (flights, car rentals, etc.) incurred.
Recommendation: We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to cover any personal emergencies or travel disruptions that may occur.
5. Acknowledgement
By completing your booking and paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We thank you for honoring the energy and resources required to hold this sacred space.
